Underwrite from documents that have already been checked against each other.
Bank statements, payslips and proof of address, read together. Income has to show up in the account, and the name has to match across every document.
Built for: Lenders, fintechs, brokers and background-check providers who take applications as a folder of PDFs and photos.

Every document is verified on its own
Bank statements
Account details, balances and every transaction, stitched across pages.
- Opening balance plus credits minus debits equals the closing balance
- The running balance holds row by row, pinpointing the exact row that breaks
- IBAN passes its checksum, and page-break duplicates are removed
Payslips
Employee, employer, pay period and every earning and deduction.
- Gross pay minus deductions equals net pay
- Earnings and deductions each add up to their totals
- Net pay never exceeds gross, and the pay period is in order
Utility bills
Customer, service address and amount due - also proof of address.
- Previous balance, payments and new charges add up to the amount due
- Billing period and due date are in a sensible order
Across documents
Then they are checked against each other
A document can add up perfectly and still be wrong for the case. These checks compare what was extracted from different documents.
Income matches deposits
Each payslip's net pay should appear as a deposit in the bank statements.
Name consistency
The person named on the payslip, the account and the utility bill should be the same.
How it works
An applicant uploads a loan file
- 1Drop the statements, payslips and a utility bill into one case - order and mix do not matter.
- 2Each document is identified, read and checked on its own: statements must reconcile, payslips must add up.
- 3Then the pack compares them: does the salary land in the account, and is it the same person throughout?
- 4Anything flagged goes to a reviewer with the page and the exact row highlighted.
Checks flag what does not add up; they do not guarantee every value is correct. Flagged items are queued for a person with the source page highlighted, and the human review tool can be switched on or off for your organization.
